Reservations
In order to secure your reservation, we require full credit card details in the name of the cardholder or a cash deposit equivalent to the first night's stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, debit cards, cash or Traveller's Cheques.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days notice. A one-night charge will apply if a room is cancelled in less than 7 days or if you do not arrive without canceling. For reservations of 6 rooms or more, 30 days cancellation policy with 50% non-refundable deposit.
Minimum Stay
We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement on weekends and over holiday periods (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun combination) during the high season.
Check-In Time
Anytime after 2 p.m.; luggage may be stored for early arrivals.
Check-Out Time
11 a.m.; luggage may be stored for late departures.
Parking
Ample parking is available on the property.
Bicycles
Covered bicycle storage is available.

Breakfast
A full breakfast is served at 9 a.m. If you are not able to make it at this time, a light breakfast can be arranged. A light breakfast is also served during the off-season. Please give us advance notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Children
The Wisteria Guest House is primarily an adult-oriented environment. Parents of young children are encouraged to book the cottage or studio; however, children over the age of 12 are welcome in the main guesthouse.
Pets
Small pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $15 per night per pet. Pets must be kept on leashes and must not be left unattended. Also, pets, including those of the owners, are not permitted in the main guesthouse or guest rooms.
Smoking
Outdoors only, please.
Groups
Please contact us directly for reservations. Group discounts may be available for 6 rooms or more in off-peak times.
Travel Agents
Normal travel agent's commission is provided.
