POLICY INFORMATION

Please take note of the following policies:

Reservations
In order to secure your reservation, we require full credit card details in the name of the cardholder or a cash deposit equivalent to the first night's stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, cash or Traveller's Cheques.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days notice. A one-night charge will apply if a room is cancelled in less than 7 days or if you do not arrive without canceling. For reservations of 6 rooms or more, 30 days cancellation policy with 50% non-refundable deposit.

Minimum Stay
We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement on weekends and over holiday periods (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun combination) during the high season. 

Check-In Time
Anytime after 2 p.m.; luggage may be stored for early arrivals.

Check-Out Time
11 a.m.; luggage may be stored for late departures.

 Parking
Ample parking is available on the property.

Bicycles
Covered bicycle storage is available.

Breakfast
A full breakfast is served at 9 a.m. If you are not able to make it at this time, a light breakfast can be arranged. A light breakfast is also served during the off-season. Please give us advance notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Children
The Wisteria Guest House is primarily an adult-oriented environment. Parents of young children are encouraged to book the cottage or studio; however, children over the age of 12 are welcome in the main guesthouse.

Pets
Small pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $15/night. Pets must be kept on leashes and must not be left unattended.

Smoking
Outdoors only, please.

Groups
Please contact us directly for reservations. Group discounts may be offered for 6 rooms or more.
