EVENT RENTAL SPACE

Our large Guest House is ideal for retreats, workshops, meetings, micro & elopement weddings and other events.  Located in a residential neighbourhood in Ganges, we offer the perfect combination of quiet nature and town convenience - just a 10-minute walk (2 min drive) to the Village.

Event Rental Space: The Drawing Room

​

Completed in 2019, this 565 square foot space was built for the purpose of hosting events.  The bright space is filled with natural light as well as dimmable track lighting to create your desired atmosphere.  With 11 foot high ceilings, heated concrete floors, private washroom, piano, and glass doors leading to a large beautiful outdoor patio, this is an ideal space to host your next event.

Fees:

• $100 for first 4 hours (this includes your set up and cleanup time)

• $175 for 8 hours

• $40/hour for private kitchen usage - by pre-approved professional/licensed caterers only

 

Available upon request:

• 4 plastic folding tables - 6ft long

• 20 wooden chairs (mixed types)

• White board / flip chart

• Mini portable projector

• Projector screen with stand

Drawing Room Policies​​

• NOT available in July and August

• Maximum of 30 people (20 for sit-down meals/events)

• Due to noise restrictions, events must be held inside the Drawing Room 

• All events must end by 10pm

• Renter is responsible for all set up and cleanup including garbage/recycling

• Catered events must be with a pre-approved professional/licensed caterer (we do not provide catering)

• We do not provide tablesclothes, napkins, dishes, glassware, cutlery etc.
